Service BDC Representative Responsibilities Reach out to customers by completing phone calls, emails, and text messages Work closely with service management to communicate customer expectations and ensure a fantastic customer experience Present in a professional and well-spoken manner at all times Generate service appointments by working with prospective customers who have requested assistance or information via internet, email, chat or phone call inquiries Generate appointments by selling the value of our store, our high level of service and track record of integrity and customer care Refer customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.
