ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unload and load goods and materials.
Proper handling and stocking of goods and materials.
Drives delivery vehicle as needed and/or assigned to transport orders to designated sites.
Operating forklifts and heavy equipment only with the proper certification for each.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness.
Proper maintenance of warehouse machinery and equipment.
Maintain daily logs and other such records.
Perform related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience estimating construction projects, both Public and private works.
Experience with bidding Caltrans and other city and county agencies required.
Proficient in using estimation software, such as HCSS, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations, especially related to concrete structures.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
OTHER:
General work environment sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, bending.
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
