They will also participate in news meetings, contribute to newscasts, and may be involved in advanced tasks like conducting interviews or reporting stories. Interns will gain valuable exposure to daily newsroom operations and contribute to real-world news coverage under tight deadlines. Interns can expect to work a maximum of 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. All internships are paid bi-weekly, and interns are required to complete timecards. What you'll be doing Nuvation Bio's medical writing team works with multiple functions to create clinical and regulatory documents that describe and report results from clinical studies where participants receive investigational drugs. These documents include clinical study protocols, investigator's brochures, and clinical study reports. Core responsibilities include collaboratively authoring documents, managing team reviews, holding comment resolution meetings, performing quality check reviews, and creating final documents in a timely manner. The 2026 Summer Intern for Medical Writing will support Nuvation Bio's Senior Director of Medical Writing in day-to-day tasks. In this role, the intern will learn medical writing skills needed to create clinical and regulatory documents. You will be responsible for… Communication: Coordinate cross-functional team meetings and build alignment on document content. Collaboration: Work with clinical and regulatory colleagues to understand and document clinical study design and results. Documentation: Write sections of clinical regulatory documents and perform quality check reviews to ensure accuracy. What Knowledge & Experience you'll bring to us... Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) is a plus Education: Must be pursuing a B.S. or M.S. (e.g., an enrolled student working towards a degree) in a biological science.
