Completes work order and requests as assigned and maintain daily work log. Maintains vehicle in a clean and neat condition at all times. Mandatory participation in (the on call) for department. General repairs and replacing of piping to food service equipment, grease traps, domestic hot water systems, water coolers, swimming pool pumps, heaters and filters. Weekly 10% 6. Adjusts all plumbing to use the minimum quantity of water. Annually 5% 7. Follows up to ensure that all piping or plumbing and utility systems are repaired and/or replaced. Annually 5% 8. Maintains a stock of materials in order to repair the emergency situations caused by breaking pipes, etc. Annually 5% 9. Assumes supervisor duties when plumbing supervisor is not available.
