Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain a variety of Park facilities including irrigations systems, sinks, storm drains, underground, water lines, piping, quick couplers, valves, compressed air lines, sanitary sewer, natural gas lines, bathroom fixtures, restaurant fixtures, misters, pumps, garbage disposals, etc.
Make daily rounds of all restroom facilities. Make needed repairs to toilets and sinks. Unclog toilets as needed.
Perform general maintenance on pumps and motors.
Work assignments will include ditch digging, trouble shooting, shop and area clean up, driving company vehicles and equipment, special work for promotional events.
Install new fixtures and fabricate items as necessary. Cut and prepare pipe for new usages.
Service the back flow preventers.
Cross trained in minimal diagnostic coverage of kitchen and HVAC equipment.

Setting concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior and exterior concrete for interior floors, sidewalks, free stall barns, and exterior slabs
Ability to operate concrete finishing equipment (preferred)
Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other small construction equipment

Detailed workmanship and ownership mentality
Efficiently work in a fast paced environment

Position Requirements
Setting concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior and exterior concrete for interior floors, sidewalks, free stall barns, and exterior slabs Ability to operate concrete finishing equipment (preferred) Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other small construction equipment Operate hand tools and equipment Detailed workmanship and ownership mentality Efficiently work in a fast paced environment Other duties as assigned Job Requirements include but not limited to: Knowledge of basic math skills Read and interpret blueprints (Preferred) Ability to travel typically within the state of WI. (Home every weekend) Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from ground to shoulder level) Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions Ability to obtain a CDL Benefits PTO Retirement Plan (401k) Insurance ( Health, Dental, Vision, Life) ESOP Annual Incentive Bonus Competitive Hourly Wage

Under general supervision, performs duties of Utility Operator and Journeyman-Gas. Must possess the qualifications and ability to produce welds in accordance with Company procedures meeting the Standards of acceptability of Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS)-192 (latest edition), Appendix C, Qualification for Welders of Low Stress Level Pipe. Re-qualification as required.
CDL required at time of or within six months of hire. Pipeline and highway alcohol and drug testing Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without an accommodation. Performs work in a safe manner. Complies with all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures. Makes welded joints in pipeline and service installations and in meter and regulator sets. Makes fabrication or repair of metal parts and reinforcing or resurfacing of metal parts for structures or equipment. - Utilizes a thorough working knowledge of reactions of various metals to heat, fusion temperatures, proper types and size of welding rods, various types of joints and size beads to apply to each. - Interprets drawings and symbols and performs necessary measurements and layout work in fabrication of piping systems, regulator or meter sets. Performs pipefitting to close tolerances. - Performs or leads in the welding of gas systems and equipment in accordance with welding requirements, including cutting and welding pipe, steel beams and other materials, beveling pipe, cutting, reinforcing and placing steel in vaults, tapping mains and services, including welding taps, making necessary tie-ins, and sleeves, as necessary in the performance of regular duties. - Performs welding of materials and equipment other than gas at designated locations. Operates main drilling, stopping and tapping equipment. - Performs or leads in laying out fabricating pipe and fittings, including fabrication of regulator stations and meter sets; makes off-sets, sags, tees, and bends to degrees as necessary. - Maintains work area in a neat, orderly and safe condition. - Leads, trains and instructs employees in their work.
