Starting pay ranges between $35.48 and $43.45, depending on skill level. What you will need * A commitment to safety and quality including personal protective equipment (hard hat, ear protection, steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses) and following all safety procedures (lockout/tagout, confined spaces, etc.). * Able to work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule, including overtime and holidays on a regular basis and with last-minute notification. * Able to learn through self-directed study and desire for advancement. * Able to work in an industrial environment including temperature extremes (warm/hot), dust and dirt, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, or elevated working surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection). * Able to attend work regularly with an excellent attendance record. * Work both independently and in a team environment. * Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, and climbing. * Able to move wrists, hands, and/or fingers to turn valves and make adjustments to equipment. * Able to climb ladders and work in high places. * Maintain cooperative working relationships and demonstrate a positive attitude towards fellow employees and supervision. * Knowledge of basic manufacturing practices and strong problem-solving skills. * Basic mechanical ability to make adjustments to the equipment to maximize production and ensure quality standards are met or exceeded. * Crane or hoist experience required * Skid steerer operation preferred * Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance * Able to read computer screens or other electronic devices. The general schedule is Monday through Friday 8-hour assignment; however must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally which may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
