Your Mission: Lead and oversee all electrical aspects of fuel dispensers, pumps, and service station systems (Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Red Jacket, and more). Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for fuel stations, car washes, tank farms, and petroleum facilities. Supervise and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians to maintain high-quality standards. Interpret and verify blueprints, site plans, and electrical schematics, ensuring installations meet NEC and NFPA 70 standards. Determine material requirements, plan installations, and coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets. Ensure compliance with hazardous location (Class I Div 1/2) electrical codes and environmental regulations. Conduct testing, verification, and preventive maintenance on electrical control systems, including Veeder-Root, Incon, and POS integrations. Work closely with general contractors, inspectors, and field teams to meet project milestones safely and efficiently. Lead safety initiatives-enforcing OSHA, lockout/tagout, PPE, and job site best practices. Complete and review documentation including daily logs, inspection reports, and as-built drawings. What You Bring to the Table: Valid Master Electrician License (state-specific). WA or a reciprocal state license (CO, MT, MN, ND, NE, NH, NM, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WY) preferred. 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Deep knowledge of petroleum and hazardous location electrical systems. Hands-on experience with UST/AST systems, fuel dispensers, tank monitoring, POS systems, and motor control panels. Advanced conduit bending (EMT, RMC, PVC), wire pulling, and troubleshooting expertise. Familiarity with Veeder-Root, Incon, Red Jacket, and similar control/monitoring systems. Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and adapt to evolving job site conditions. Proven record of meeting deadlines, maintaining safety compliance, and leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. Knowledge of permitting, inspection, and testing procedures for commercial electrical work. Before You Leap: Some positions require travel and overnight stays.
