ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Install new equipment and assist outside vendors with new equipment installation and repair. + Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the National Electric Codes and OSHA. + Install single and 3-phase electrical circuits. + Install conduit and electrical panels. + Troubleshoot plant equipment consisting of burner controls, conveyor controls, HVAC systems, robots, hydraulics and other mechanical and electrical systems. + Make required alterations/modifications to equipment and systems. + Use Programmable Logic Controllers for troubleshooting. + Perform facility maintenance projects as assigned. + Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on systems, machinery, and equipment + Accurately complete paperwork required for maintenance records. + Follow all safety rules and regulations strictly and maintain a clean and orderly work area. + Participate in continuous improvement process. + Perform duties assigned by Supervisor/Lead. + Ability and willingness to work overtime as required and mandated by production schedules; "on-call" duty may be required over holidays and weekends. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs. + Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and climb. + Stand and walk up to eight hours per day. + Work safely around moving equipment, power tools, and industrial vehicles. _It may be necessary to perform any of these functions up to twelve hours a day._ SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: + High School diploma or GED required. + AA or Technical Degree Required 2 yr. minimum. + Understanding of National Electric Codes. + Two years electrical experience in a manufacturing environment. + Display communication and leadership skills, both written and verbally. **Base Pay Range:** $24.06 - $28.75 Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship will not be provided. This includes bending conduit, pulling wire, working with control circuitry, and interpreting electrical blueprints. Work with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment in accordance with industry standards. Execute duties typical of a Commercial/Industrial Construction Electrician, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating effectively with colleagues, offering assistance, and responding positively to feedback. Adhere to safe manufacturing and material handling practices to maintain a secure work environment. Working knowledge of NEC electrical codes and proficient conduit bending skills. Experience with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment preferred. State journeymen or Masters license is a plus. 2-3 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work preferred. Medium voltage and electronics experience is advantageous.
