The Foreman is responsible for leading a crew and overseeing the installation, construction, and maintenance of electrical systems on various job sites. This includes coordinating daily work activities, ensuring safety standards are followed, and making sure projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the electrical trade, including field experience, and the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Identifying potential change orders and getting that info to your PM for processing. Properly documenting as-builts through the course of the job.
