Access CMMS to review & complete work orders.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, schematic manufacturer's specifications and other reference materials to determine appropriate job requirements and procedures.
Use variety of manual and power tools to support projects.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required in team-oriented, can-do environment.
Support baseball games and baseball related events before, during and post-game.
Support non-baseball events including but not limited to concerts, meetings, weddings and large gatherings.
Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished.
Complete, in a timely manner, required administrative paperwork and recordkeeping.
Operate equipment used in the maintenance of convention and arena facilities such as forklifts, high lifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment.
Set up equipment and tools for safe operation at job site.
Assist in maintenance and repair of systems and equipment including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, boilers and associated equipment. as well as general maintenance and upkeep activities.
Oversee and provide direction to contractors and or other labor providers.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment.
Ensure electrical repairs and or construction work is completed in accordance with applicable regulatory codes & standards.
Perform duties and responsibilities with view toward department goals and resource conservation.
Establish and maintain cooperative- working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Working knowledge of PC based computer applications.
Determine root causes of electrical failures and develop sound mitigation strategies.
Support maintenance strategies to support maximum uptime operation.
Responsible for conducting tests and inspections of equipment and services for the purpose of evaluating the performance of electrical equipment and systems.
Support temporary "event" service requirements ensuring compliance with applicable safety and regulatory codes.
Support 3rd party tenants and rental spaces within the ballpark.
Minimum Education, Experience & Transportation Requirements
REQUIRED: Possession of a journeymanelectrician's license and four + years of applicable experience.
High school diploma or equivalent GED, or equivalent military experience.
Working knowledge of PC based lighting applications.
Direct experience working with high and medium voltage switchgear systems.
Direct experience in emergency power generation systems (Generator & ATS systems).
Valid driver's license.
Ability to respond to worksite within 90 min in the event of an emergency.

Job at times may require employee to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue. May work at heights.

Compensation: The projected annual salary range for this position is $25.42-$37/hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range. · Electrician will also provide support of projects to help facilitate the base's needs, such as providing additional outlets, running new replacing/modernizing load banks/electrical panels, etc.

Physical Demands: This position is required to perform electrical work from ladders, scaffolds, platforms, and other cramped and hard-to-reach places. The incumbent may be exposed to electrical shock, spark and arc hazard, and other health hazards. Working Conditions: Work is both indoors and outdoors. Depending on the geography of the park unit assigned, work may take place at elevations ranging from sea level up to 10,000 feet. The incumbent may be regularly exposed to dust, fogs, mists, gases, smokes, sprays, and vapors, as well as noise, vibration, cuts, and abrasions from the use of electrical tools and equipment and may occasionally be exposed to hazardous materials that can cause skin, eye, and respiratory irritation and burns, as well as microbiological organisms and potentially hazardous wildlife. Performs moderately complex electrical tasks and assists higher-level electricians in the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures within assigned facilities. Ensures work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Primary Duties
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assists senior electricians in installing, repairing, and replacing electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, circuits, switchboards, circuit breakers, switches, relays, and related devices. Interprets electrical drawings and diagrams, makes measurements, and prepares sketches as needed.

Inspects, tests and repairs fire alarm and smoke detection systems and equipment. Performs functional tests on safety switches and electronic control boards. Assists with mechanical adjustments and replacement of conveyor system components, as directed.

Shapes and bends metal for brackets, braces, and supports. Cuts and drills copper bars for electrical contacts. Performs minor carpentry for equipment platforms and air deflectors. Duplicates keys as required.
Assists with temporary low-voltage setups for company events, including audio/visual systems and other related equipment. Provides support for seasonal or special installations requiring electrical connections. Operates company vehicles as needed.

Minimum Education, Experience & Transportation Requirements

Compensation:
The projected annual salary range for this position is $25.42-$37/hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs and directs all electrical maintenance, including but not limited to, preventative, corrective, emergency contracted, and warranty service, maintenance, on all equipment throughout the plant.

Summary:
