Responsible for change order approval prior to work being completed. · Review and approval of manpower timecards, electronic and manual, on a weekly basis for submittal to project management and payroll by Monday morning. · Attend weekly and monthly company meetings relevant to improving the team and company as a whole as required for project and leadership success. · Proficient in all types of troubleshooting of electrical systems on a commercial, industrial and specialty electrical systems. · Coordination of all required inspections for projects. · Initiate and monitor the safety program on the jobsite including but not limited to identifying and remediating potential jobsite hazards, conducting post-accident investigations, delivering weekly toolbox talks and insuring compliance of team members with safety standards. · Ensure that all project related materials, tools and equipment are maintained in an orderly and safe working fashion.
