Maintains personnel protection system for fire, hydrogen sulfide, and hydrocarbon alarm systems. Engineers, designs, and lays out electrical/electronic control circuits. Performs electrical construction work. Verifies proper operation with collection/plant system processes. Troubleshoots and repairs a wide variety of electrical/electronic equipment including PLC, VFD, MCC, telemetry, and SCADA systems. Performs calibration and verification on various process instrumentation, metering, and recording devices (pressure, level, flow, weight, etc.). Checks and maintains emergency service equipment. Coordinates inventory needs and stocking issues with procurement and warehouse staff. Completes job reports on labor and material. Works with maintenance management systems (WAM), process control systems (Cimplicity/Wonderware), and other computer system software programs. Maintains monitoring systems at lift stations, meter sites, river quality monitoring, regulator, and rain gauge sites. Diagnoses and repairs integration devices between field devices and process computers. Provides welding to support the electrical group. Tests, installs and repairs sacrificial and rectifier-type cathodic protection systems. Performs other related duties. What education and experience are required for this job (minimum qualifications) Completion of a registered apprenticeship electrical program through the State of Minnesota AND three (3) years of journey-level experience that includes instrumentation, controls, and programmable logic controller programming (industrial experience). OR Graduate of a two (2) year vocational/technical program in Electrical Construction and Maintenance AND five (5) years of journey-level experience that includes instrumentation, controls, and programmable logic controller programming (industrial experience). OR Completion of a registered apprenticeship electrical program through the State of Minnesota AND one (1) year of journey-level experience that includes commercial and industrial construction or maintenance AND one (1) year of experience in maintenance in a wastewater plant/collection facility that includes instrument calibration, troubleshooting of motor controls/equipment control circuits, and programmable logic controller programming.     The Manufacturing Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing electrical systems on production equipment. This role will ensure that all machinery is operating efficiently, with minimal downtime, to support production schedules and company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing electrical problems in industrial equipment, following safety protocols, and working collaboratively with other maintenance and production teams. **JOB DUTIES:** + Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical components of production machinery and equipment + Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and wiring + Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure machinery uptime and optimal performance + Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals + Install, upgrade, and modify electrical systems as necessary to improve machine performance or safety + Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and solve complex equipment issues + Follow safety guidelines and company protocols for lockout/tagout, electrical work, and equipment operation + Maintain accurate records of all electrical repairs, replacements, and maintenance performed + Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment performance and reliability + Assist in the planning and implementation of new equipment installations and modifications + Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights + Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods **WORKING CONDITIONS:** + Long pants, safety shoes, and safety glasses with side shields required. + Personal Protective Equipment as required according to job duties + No drinking or eating in designated areas + May be exposed to noise, varying temperatures, dirt and/or chemicals in some areas + Employees may be required to successfully complete location specific training to maintain eligibility for position **YOU MUST HAVE:** + A Journeyman Electrical License valid in the State of Minnesota + 3+ years of experience as an industrial or machine services electrician in a manufacturing environment + In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and machinery and professional experience working with PLCs, VFDs, and HMI systems + Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals + Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, including OSHA and NFPA standards + Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as required **WE VALUE:** + Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills + Familiarity with production environments and equipment such as CNC machines, conveyors, presses, and packaging systems **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:** + Enjoy work-life balance with company-provided holidays and vacation time + Resideo provides employees a comprehensive benefits package, including life and health insurance, life assistance programs, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, disability insurance, and retirement plans with a company match \#LI-TD1 \#LI-ONSITE Resideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company.
