* Installs components such as motors, generators, switches, relays, batteries, and transformers

* Maintains proper care and use of materials, test equipment, machines and hand tools normally associated with assigned job
* Works on electrical systems and components with AC and DC voltage
Minimum Qualifications
* HVAC experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* Experience in electrical repairs, and testing advanced electrical/electronic systems and reading, drafting, and interpreting circuit diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings
* Experience in both A/C and D/C electrical systems
* Must successfully complete training and attain/retain certifications applicable to assigned job

Coordinate contractor and management approvals for work orders that require the use of outside contractors. Maintain detailed logs of all work performed.
Read, comprehend and work from complex technical information (i.e. blueprints, sketches, building plans and schematics) pertaining to electrical and mechanical systems.
Understand sequences of operation of complex building systems.
Develop Method of Procedures (MOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) for site specific equipment.
Adhere to Method of Procedure (MOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and formal Change Control processes to implement changes.
Interact with all parts of the organization to respond to a variety of service requests. Perform any and all work, to ensure the safety of the building's tenants and the continuous operation of the facility.
Maintain strict compliance with all Federal, State and Local codes, regulations and standards.
May perform other duties as assigned. i.e maintain/repair other building systems like HVAC, plumbing etc.

Skills, Education and Experience:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Current Electricians License Preferred
2-4 years previous critical data center operations engineering experience preferred
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Google G Suite) able to learn proprietary systems and software.
Proficient with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
Automated Logic Controls experience a plus
Schneider Power Management Expert (PME) experience a plus
Familiarity with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Salary: $78,200 - $83,200 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $78,200 to $83,200 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
