ABOUT THE ROLE Performs various tasks associated with the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems of the quarry. We are seeking indivduals with 3 phase and medium voltage experience. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH * Exercise and encourage core values including but not limited to; developing self and coaching others by inspiration and empowerment * Troubleshoot and repair a diverse range of electrical equipment throughout the quarry (i.e.instrumentation circuits, motor control circuits up to 13.8 kilovolts, low and medium voltage drives, monitoring analyzers). * Schematic reading and instrumentation calibration. * Low and medium voltage cable routing, splicing and terminating. * Basic mechanical activities such as non-critical welding and laser alignment. * Perform walk-by inspections and diagnostic checks. * Maintain documentation, plan and organize work, participate in various team activities. * Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
