What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and maintain AC/DC drives, up to 575 vac, AC motors, and machine control centers.
Work with PLCs (Allen Bradley Rockwell), computers, and electronics.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems using blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Run conduit, wire systems, and support PLC programming and upgrades.
Maintain, replace and program photo eyes.
Troubleshoot, replace, and scale Temposonics and encoders.
Qualifications:

Compensation: Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. We are targeting a pay range of $36.715 - 42.930 per hour based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure optimal operation of electrical systems by responding to alarms, troubleshooting and repairing systems.
Limit production downtime by scheduling and communicating routine electrical preventative maintenance.
Work with multiple systems such as PLC, VFD, and UPS.
Perform routine work with high voltage equipment- up to 115kv.
Organize and prioritize critical electrical needs in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Working Conditions

Ability to work at heights and in confined/congested spaces is required. Usage of PPE gear up to level B and compliance with company safety policies and procedures is required. Bending and squatting may be required along with frequent lifting up to 25 - 50 pounds.
The standard hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime (including nights and weekends) could be required.
