Primary Responsibilities:
Support the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Contribute to the development of reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for cloud-based implementations.
Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure cloud solutions follow best practices for performance, reliability, and security.
Participate in modernization efforts, including cloud migrations, containerization, and microservices adoption.
Assist in implementing DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code (IaC), automation scripts, and CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and help optimize cloud performance, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Support the configuration and maintenance of secure cloud environments using IAM principles, Zero Trust concepts, and defense-in-depth strategies.
Help ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and applicable government regulations.
Participate in security assessments and assist in identifying and resolving vulnerabilities across cloud environments.
Work cross-functionally with operations, development, security, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of integrated solutions.

Basic Qualification:
Requires BS and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 3+ year of Administration experience with cloud-based applications (MS O365, SharePoint, Azure AD, AWS)
Hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments, including system creation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML, and related standards, policies, and procedures.
Proficient with major cloud platforms and tools, including AWS Console, Azure, Elastic, Ansible, Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, and various SaaS solutions.
Experience onboarding and integrating customer log data from AWS and Azure into on-premises or cloud-based analytics platforms such as Elastic or Splunk.
Skilled in supporting AWS cloud-hosted applications, including deployments, patching, security checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to develop, optimize, and document administrative processes, SOPs, and operational workflows for improved efficiency and consistency.
Works collaboratively with SMEs and security teams to design and implement secure, compliant cloud architectures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Performing the essential functions of this job will require, but are not limited to, the ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, ladders, and negotiate work areas under construction in adverse weather conditions. Work may be performed in ditches and elevated work platforms. Vision abilities required to perform this job included close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to wear approved eye protection. The person must have the ability to hear bells, alarms, whistles etc. Performing this job requires the use of hands to handle or feel objects, tools and/or controls. You will be required to sit, walk, talk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The individual will be exposed to loud machinery or equipment, fumes, airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. This employee must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and without assistance.
Candidates for this position must possess a valid driver license and reliable means of transportation. A 40-hour work week is standard and overtime, when needed, is expected. With prior notification, applicants must be willing to work flexible hours that may include night and weekend work. Unless previous arrangements have been made with management.

We are searching for experienced and reliable ironworkers for various structural and miscellaneous steel erection projects.
Responsibilities
Knowledgeable in unloading, layout, rigging, connecting, bolting and welding structural steel, bar joists, girders, metal roof and floor decking, and miscellaneous steel, by following prints and instructions while guaranteeing all quality and safety standards are met.
Erect steel frames.
Direct cranes for movement/placement of steel members.
Bolt or weld steel in place. Certified welders (must have papers) make more money.
Operate forklifts and man-lifts.
Rigging steel with chokers for placement with cranes or forklifts.
Use lasers, levels or plumb bobs to correctly plumb/align steel.
Install plumb cables to temp align/hold building during erection/plumbing.
Use oxy/acety torches, gas saws or grinders to cut steel.
Install miscellaneous steel. (stairs, rails, guardrails, etc.)
Read and follow blueprints, sketches and other instructions.
Work Week: Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Work mostly in Columbus and surrounding cities with some short term travel required . Mostly central/southern Ohio.
Ironwork is an outdoor job. Working in heat and cold a must.
Being at the job on time, every day we are working, is a must. On time meaning, ready to work at starting time. Doesn't matter how great of an Ironworker you are, if your not there.
Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent
Must be able to lift 80lbs and withstand the physical demands of erecting steel
