The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing installations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance across ground-up and renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, fixtures, and piping. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measures, cuts, threads, and bends pipe using hand power tools or machines. Cuts openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings using hand and power tools. Hangs steel supports from ceiling joists to hold pipes in place. Installs underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems. Uses specialized techniques, equipment, or materials to perform computer assisted welding of small pipes, and work with special piping used in microchip fabrication. Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify the cause of errors, safety hazards, or other issues, and solutions or escalates them appropriately.
