Use all equipment in bakery such as the refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens according to company guidelines. Prepare foods according to the food temperature logs and follow cooking instructions. Measure, prepare and mix ingredients according to recipe, using variety of kitchen utensils and equipment. Adequately prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients in merchandise. Check product quality to ensure freshness. Review “sell by” dates and take appropriate action. Properly use kitchen equipment, stove, computerized scale, fryer, steamer, robot coupe etc. Label, stock and inventory department merchandise. Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager. Display a positive attitude. Understand the store's layout and be able to locate products when requested by customer. Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads. Maintain an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions note any discrepancies in inventory. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines. Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained and temperature logs are maintained. Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management. Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notify appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair. Notify management of customer or employee accidents. Report all safety risk, or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud. Function as a Journeyman for Bergelectric Corp.; installing new electrical systems and repairing existing electrical systems while maintaining compliance with national, state and local electrical codes along with all Bergelectric Corp. policies and procedures. Support activities at commercial, industrial, institutional and residential locations. This is considered to be a safety sensitive position. Responsibilities Install, repair, maintain, and test commercial, industrial and residential electrical systems in full support of Bergelectric Corp. safety, operations and productivity initiatives. Use industry related hand tools and power tools. Measure, cut, bend, thread, etc. and install wire and electrical cable systems, conduit systems and other wire raceway systems. Seeking Journeyman HVAC Installation Techs with Commercial experience to service the Colorado Western Slope. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining necessary licensing/certification for performing work in areas where such is required. Responsible for maintaining knowledge of local/national codes and industry standards. Ensure that all necessary inspections are made through all phases of work. Support the total quality effort.
