Job Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in manufacturing/production facility * Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective actions * Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime * Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes * Collaborate with engineers and production teams on system upgrades * Document maintenance activities and repair work * Respond to emergency breakdowns * Test electrical systems and components for functionality * Assist in the installation of new machinery and automation systems * Appropriately apply Federal, State and Local governmental codes. * Gather data, identify and document requirements for facilities projects. * Maintain, document and verify site utility locations, asset installations, property boundaries and site characteristics. * Distribute information consistent with company policies and recognized industry standards. Job Qualifications Education * Electrician background/ (trade school) etc. Formal Qualifications * MUST BE A U.S Citizen. * Proven experience as an electrician in a production or industrial setting * Valid electrician's license or certification * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics * Experience with PLCs and automation systems is a plus * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills * Willingness to work shifts and participate in on-call rotations * Must meet the following physical requirements: * Ability to climb extension ladders. * Ability to consistently lift 45lbs from a floor or table position to chest height using proper lifting technique. * Ability to spend long periods of time on your feet and/or walking.
