As a member of our pit crew, you will work alongside the team to manage and maintain fire and temperature of our cooks. This will involve chopping and loading logs into our firepit, loading proteins into smoker, etc. Previous experience is preferred, but there is onsite training available to those willing to learn the trade. Finds location of work site by reading maps on phone/tablet; and by adequately utilizing the computerized mapping system.
