Essential Job Functions: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in residential, commercial, and industrial settings Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics Perform electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to electrical codes and regulations Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project completion Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices Mentor and provide guidance to Apprentices Requirements: 5+ years experience Completed electrician apprenticeship Proficiency with the National Electrical Code and local codes Valid driver's license Ability to read blueprints Valid Electrician's State License What we offer: Competitive compensation 100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents (ASR/HAP) 100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents (Kansas City Life) 401k with 3% company match Overtime after 8 hours PTO and vacation time And much more!
