Position Summary
This position is responsible for the safe repair and rejuvenation of medium to high voltage underground cables using Novinium's patented technology and processes.
Responsibilities
Safety
Work safely with no electrical contact incidents or personal injuries
Enhance and advance a below zero incident safety culture and behavior
Comprehend and follow OSHA and company safety rules
Responsible for the safety of all people at a worksite
Craftwork
Operate TDR waveform and RF locating equipment to perform cable testing and analysis of cable paths, splice locations and neutral corrosion
Place and operate cable injection equipment on de-energized and energized cables in transformers, switchgear, junction boxes and at other cable end points
Perform air flow tests
Prepare cable for injection activities, including electrical craftwork according to quality standards
Inject URD and feeder cables with Novinium patented repair/rejuvenation fluids using sustained and un-sustained rejuvenation technologies
Provide field service and set up injection equipment
Switch medium voltage electrical circuits
Write and implement cable switching orders, manage switching contact with circuit owner
Climb poles to perform work if needed
Carry out other duties as assigned
Project Management
May coordinate injection and digging activities (competency in excavation)
Maintain rolling stock and equipment
Select Injection Adapters, and cable accessories
Assist Team Leader with job planning, hazard avoidance, and recording daily work records

Job Summary: This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience and comprehensive training under the guidance of experienced operators. This is a three year nationally recognized training program and is registered with the Florida Dept. of Education.
Essential Functions:
Assist experienced operators in the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Learn and follow safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
Perform basic tasks such as loading materials, monitoring equipment, and reporting any operational issues.
Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge related to equipment operation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and support project objectives.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience operating heavy machinery, preferably cranes.
NCCCO Crane Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Commercial Driver's License, Class A.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Job Summary:
The Master Electrician will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of EOLA Power's Electrical Contracting services while actively performing electrical work in the field. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial electrical work, particularly in critical power systems such as UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-On Field Work:
Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs for critical power systems, including UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in the field.
Serve as the primary technical expert on critical power installations and upgrades.
Department Leadership:
Lead the development and growth of the Electrical Contracting division.
Build and manage a team of electricians and apprentices.
Develop strategies to expand our electrical contracting services.
Project Management:
Plan and execute electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all work complies with NEC, local building codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety training and site inspections.
Obtain and maintain necessary permits and licenses for projects.
Technical Expertise:
Provide expert-level knowledge and troubleshooting for electrical systems, particularly critical power installations.

Customer Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Represent EOLA Power in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current and active Master Electrician License in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain one.
10+ years of experience in commercial electrical installations, with a strong preference for critical power systems (UPS, transfer switches, generators).
Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing large-scale electrical projects.
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in critical power installations, including data centers, hospitals, and other mission-critical facilities.
Familiarity with electrical contracting business operations, including estimating, procurement, and project planning.
