As a full-service Design-Build company, we manage projects across the United States, with our field operations team working on-site for each of our projects. Specializing in fast-track, new commercial construction, we serve both public and private clients, with a primary focus on the Department of Defense (DoD) sector.
We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our Electrical Self-Perform team on projects based in King's Bay, GA. This role is vital for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring electrical work is performed to the highest safety, quality, and production standards, while staying within the project budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of electrical construction crews on-site.
Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with project requirements.
Maintain quality control and oversee electrical installations, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Manage and track project progress, including scheduling, ordering materials, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Act as the primary point of contact between the field crew and project management.
Adhere to RQC's Mission, Vision, and Values while maintaining a collaborative, productive team environment.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; college courses in construction management, engineering, or related fields are preferred.
At least two years of experience as a Foreman in the electrical trade, with a focus on medium to large projects, including electrical systems, safety, quality control, and production.
Additional experience in other construction trades (e.g., concrete, framing, MEP trades) is a plus.
A minimum of three years of field or trade experience in construction, particularly in government, military, or large commercial projects.
Experience in the Design-Build industry is preferred.
Skills & Certifications:
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Outlook; additional software experience is a plus.
CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required; EM-385 and STS certifications are also required (training can be provided).
