How You'll Make an Impact
You will diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues across complex electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and lubrication systems.
Perform electrical preventative maintenance (PMs) using provided check-sheets, setting alignment checking methods, evaluating data, and coordinating necessary adjustments.
You will install, repair, test, and calibrate intricate AC and DC electrical systems, including motor-starting circuits, AC magnetic circuits, pilot device systems, pressure and limit switches, and solenoid valves.
Determine replacement parts and submit material requisitions to ensure seamless operations.
What You Bring
You have passed the Electrician A Test, showcasing your technical proficiency.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of Siemens 840D and Step 7 or Fanuc controls.
Familiarity and training in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and high voltage systems.
You bring a minimum of 3 years of electrician experience to the team.
A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required, with additional relevant military or school training accepted.
Your vision is correctable to 20/40, and you can lift more than 25 pounds while passing a hearing test and a Career Readiness/Work Keys Certificate - Silver Status is required.

An Electrical Foreman 2 is responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling crews to complete assigned work orders, including assigning tasks, assuring the work is being installed in a high-quality manner and performing quality inspections. Monitors task completion, compliance and prevents safety issues.
Responsibilities
Productivity Planning for assigned scope of work
Material Phasing - Organize Material by specific areas/floors. (keep track of materials inventories).
Tools & Equipment - Identify all tools and equipment required to support each crew (Gang box Assignments, tool inspection and keep track of tools by signing sheet in-out).
Information Packages - Each crew activity must have information packages (contract drawings, shop drawings, panel schedules, cut sheets, etc...).
Keep control of breaks (loss time of personal breaks smoking time, conversation time).
Daily hour/unit reports for their crews - Submit hours/units daily for each employee assigned to Foreman on established from (Standard Time Sheet).
Quality control inspections of work completed - Must follow established QC plan & check lists.
Responsible for installing the work in a professional manner and high-quality standard.
Maintaining accurate as built drawings - As-built drawings are to be updated and logged onto master record contract drawings a minimum of once a week.
Inventory of all tools & equipment at the day's end for assigned tools & equipment. (Everything must be accountable & secure) inventory/inspection sheets to be turned in every Monday.
Lost/Stolen/Damage tool report.
AHA's - All AHA's related to Foreman's scope of work must be reviewed, signed by each crew member and stored at their gang box in the field.
Support Equipment Inspection - Foreman must submit daily equipment inspection sheets for all equipment assigned to Foreman once a week.
Accident/Incident Reporting & Investigation - Must follow the established procedures for responding and reporting accident and incidents. All reports must be submitted within 24 hours of accident/incident.
Clean Up - Foreman and Crew leader are responsible for all clean up related to their scope of work. All work areas are to be left in a broom swept condition at the end of the day.
Quality of work completed must follow:
Ensure installation meets/exceeds codes, contractual obligations, best practices and other requirements as mandated by the Corporate Quality Policy.
Ensure all facets of Project Quality Plan are reviewed and implemented. Any deviations are properly documented and communicated to site Q.C. representative for approval prior to proceeding any further.
Participate and assist the Site Q.C. representative in the implementation of 3-Phase Quality Control, which includes Preparatory, Initial & Follow-up for each Definable Feature of Work (DFOW) under the crew leader's responsibility.
Properly document and return the CQC checklists to Site Q.C. representative ensuring installation inspections are done timely and facilitate the adherence to QAQC schedule.
Initiate Various Discrepancy Notices (EDN, DDN, PDN, FDN, ADN, PITDN, CDN) in order to ensure issues arising during construction are properly documented and communicated for resolution.
Review and provide feedback on weekly installation quality scorecards as generated by QAQC service center to ensure systemic issues are addressed through formal root cause, corrective and preventive action.
Review ongoing quality issues identified in the daily Q.C. report with the crew to ensure mitigation/elimination of the nonconformities.
Ensure nonconformity tags identified on discrepant installation by site Q.C. representative is timely resolved.
Participate in QAQC Design Review of Engineering & Coordination drawings to identify constructability issues.
Participate and provide feedback on Quality portion of the daily ORM work briefing.

Job Summary
:
The Facilities Maintenance Electrician maintains existing electrical system infrastructure to ensure a safe and reliable electrical environment is provided for all employees, contractors, etc. The Maintenance Electrician also maintains facilities and production equipment to operate in the safest and most productive condition, supporting continuous improvement, production strategies, and plant reliability strategies.
Essential Job Duties
:
Understands and adheres to governmental regulatory programs and policies, including National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 National Electric Code, NFPA 70B Electrical Maintenance, NFPA 70E Arc Flash Electrical Safety, NFPA 79 Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery.
Understands and adheres to Campbell's Company Inc. company programs and policies.
Practices and complies with all Campbells Company Inc. safety programs and procedures including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Confined Space Entry, Fire Suppression Impairment Process, Hot Work Permits, Arc Flash, 5S, etc.
Application of Good Manufacturing Practices & Sanitary Design Principles.
Attend classes, seminars, and in-house training as needed to maintain skill level with changes in the industry.
Provide input to improve current maintenance, reliability, and production programs and strategies.
Provide and receive support and cross training from other maintenance positions.
Execute and document planned work during shift utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Utilizes and supports predictive maintenance (PDM) technologies including Thermal Imaging, HIPOT Testing and Electrical Current Analysis to identify potential failures and perform follow-up actions to improve electrical infrastructure and equipment reliability and safety.
Applies knowledge of technical documentation such as electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, Pipe and Instrumentation Diagrams (P& ID's), technical manuals to improve equipment reliability and safety.
Applies industry knowledge to troubleshoot hardware such as Programmable Logic Controller (PLC's), Variable Frequency Drive (VFD's), Building Automation System, Fire Alarm Control Panels etc.
Participation in various required plant inspections: Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), NFPA, Sustainability, Fire, Switchgear & Breaker Testing, Electrical Upgrade Surveys, New Equipment Installation Evaluations, Daily Zone Inspections.
Work closely with cross functional teams to develop and improve current capital processes by recommending needed facility and equipment improvement and needed replacement.
Works variable hours across all shifts to assist in business related projects.
Ability to participate in on-call rotation with other members of the facilities team.
Ability to work during site outages including weekends (Occasionally), holidays, & off shifts (Occasionally)
May assist in purchasing and inventory control of all spare parts. Makes recommendations for electrical spare parts.

Performs Electro-mechanical Preventative Maintenance (PM's) as required.
Verifies results of PDM Infrared scans and evaluates electrical issues to develop a plan of action for needed repairs.
Performs other job-related projects, duties and assignments as required.
Must have knowledge of NEC installations, sizing electrical feeders, raceway installations, branch circuits and equipment overcurrent/short circuit protection in addition to adhering to NEC box fill calculations and NEC article 250 Grounding requirements.
Ability to bend and install rigid conduit runs and pull wire terminating into diverse types of panel boxes following arc flash and NFPA70E Safety Requirements.
Scope of Responsibility
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but frequently requires the employee to act in a “lead” role.

Education and Experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead by example
Implement quality control measures.
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
Prepare and provide documents such as Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis and safety reports.
Interpret and track project schedule to provide two-week look ahead and forecast manpower requirements based on the project goals and schedule
Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction requirements
Maintain basic computer skills
Track and complete weekly time sheets on an IPAD or computer tablet.
Formally manage and request materials and supplies
Supervise, coordinate, and assign the activities of electricians, apprentices, helpers and temp workers
Confer with management, trade partners, other departments and contractors in order to coordinate work activities and resolve problems
Locate, measure, and mark site locations and placement of structures and equipment, using measuring and marking equipment
Analyze worker, foresee any production problems and recommend solutions, such as improving production methods or implementing motivational plans.
Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies
Meet all requirements as an electrician and perform the work normally assigned to electricians

Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and assure the quality for MSS low voltage installation-related scope and schedule at job site locations in strict accordance with the contract documents, local & national building codes and project-specific compliance requirements.
Work with Project Manager, Superintendent and Installation Manager to document and maintain standard reports for delays, workarounds, shutdowns, tie-ins, etc.
Collaborate with Low Voltage Technicians to ensure seamless handoff between installation and technical start/up and checkout.
Assist with the organization of the labor force needed to efficiently and effectively complete jobs on time and within budget.
Support the Superintendent to complete the project on time, safely and on (or under) budget.
Read complex blueprints and equipment installation manuals and assist with installation plans based on low voltage engineered submittals.
Observe, report and correct unsafe work environments.
Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
5 Years of experience installing controls, security and/or fire alarm systems.
1+ year of supervisory experience.
5 years of building automation/controls experience.
Ability to communicate clearly with superintendent and project manager and follow direction.
Ability to show up on time, ready to work and in uniform.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Ability to assess, read and complete the installation of low voltage electrical systems
Ability to read blueprints.
Ability to solve simple job-related challenges and bring solutions to the superintendent and/or project manager.
Ability to abide by basic safe work practices.
Ability to follow Current Electrical Code.
Ability to install conduit and Electrical Raceways.
Regular and supervisory probation period required, if applicable.
Random drug testing is required.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Physical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Constant standing, walking, reaching, and gripping. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (maximum solo lift) and constant lifting to 25 lbs., placing this position in the very heavy physical demand classification (PDC).

Job Requirements
2 years of electrical industrial and/or commercial service experience.
Perform troubleshooting on both analog and digital circuitry.
High degree of skill at analyzing problems and developing solutions.
Safely work on electrical and electronic systems up to 480v.
Operate most electronic test equipment.
Read and analyze schematics.
Skilled in hand and power tools.
Basic knowledge in computer systems, Microsoft programs and interfaces.
Perform in office and manufacturing environments.
