POSITION SUMMARY:
The Instrumentation and Electrical Forman is responsible for planning, supervising, performing and coordinating all phases of installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of electrical systems and service work in new or remodeled facilities. Also responsible for planning the daily activities for crew of workers.
Responsibilities:

Production:
Ability to interpret specifications and read blueprints
Assist in lay out of work for crew
Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule
Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers
Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials
Comply with all documentation requirements and fill out all project related reports, such as:
Daily Reports, Safety Reports, ESRs, Inspection Reports, etc.
Coordinate equipment needs, ensure operators are qualified and ensure that all equipment is maintained, and repairs are done in a timely manner
Support jobsite Superintendent to coordinate activities of individual projects
May perform related trade work as required
Required to travel to different jobsites on a limited notice
Implement better methods of production in all aspects of job to strengthen best practices within Wanzek Construction, Inc.

Monitor crew installation for quality issues
Monitor work areas to ensure quality work is being completed

Train and instruct crew members in safe work practices for assigned tasks.

SUPERVISORY:
Assist Human Resources and Superintendent by interviewing, hiring, training, appraising work performance and addressing complaints of employees in the field
Directly supervise and coordinate daily activities of craft workers
Complete ESRs for all employees with a change in job status (transfer, laid off, terminated)
Conduct regular performance reviews of crewmen
Manage up to six or more employees and Foreman
Conduct regular performance reviews
Train and mentor new workers
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
Minimum 1 years of experience in electrical foreman role

Be knowledgeable of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations.

Embark on a fulfilling career at BNSF Railway, where joining our Engineering Department means contributing to the backbone of our nation's rail infrastructure. The Signal Apprentice is an apprenticeship for the positions of Signalman, Signal Maintainer and/or Shop Signalman.
This is a full-time (40hrs/wk) position that is subject to on-call (24/7), overtime, nights, alternating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may vary (5 - 8/hr days followed by 2 days off; 4 - 10/hr days followed by 3 days off; 8 - 10/hr days followed by 6 days off).
Travel is required up to 90% outside of the headquarter location on and off the seniority district. Travel may also be required to (and remain at) job sites for extended periods, sometimes for days or weeks at a time, in the designated seniority region. Travel costs will be covered according to the collective bargaining agreement when traveling outside of the seniority district.
Training for this position is company-paid on-the-job and classroom training and will include travel to the BNSF Training Center. Successful candidates will enter an apprenticeship program, pass progressive exams, and demonstrate field proficiency. Pay rates will increase with each completed step of qualification.
Key responsibilities may include:
Performing construction, reconditioning, installation, maintenance, repair, inspection, and testing of wayside signal devices.
Loading and unloading supplies, installing underground and overhead cables including trenching and hand digging, and working around or operating heavy machinery.
Working on or around highway grade crossings, climbing signal masts, bridges, and ladders, and handling cables and wires for electrical connections.
Using various power and non-power tools, including shovels, picks, axes, sledgehammers, micrometers, voltmeters, amp meters, computer-based systems, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, tape measures, drills, and power saws.
Operating equipment (backhoes, trenchers, boom trucks, and directional boring machines).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of marine electrical projects, both onshore and offshore
Oversee installation and upgrades of electrical systems on vessels and port-side structures
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule goals
Conduct field work in active shipyards or onboard vessels, including deep-water environments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience with electrical systems on commercial marine vessels (e.g., tugboats, barges, container ships)
Proficient in marine electrical systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Familiarity with lockout/tagout protocols
Intermediate to advanced electrical theory knowledge
Competence using multimeters and electrical diagnostic tools
Ability to perform load calculations and apply Ohm's Law
Experience with 480VAC 3-phase systems, including grounded/ungrounded configurations
Skilled in designing, installing, and servicing motor controllers, VFDs, and soft starters

Position Summary The Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program is a 12 month program that prepares students to take the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) test through the National Health Career Association. It has been approved by the State of Washington as an equivalent to an MA-C program at a community or technical college.
The program:
Is a registered apprenticeship program through the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
Is governed by an Apprenticeship Committee of 50% employer and 50% MA representatives.
Is administered through the Washington Association of Community & Migrant Health Centers.
Trains students in the specific skills required to achieve the MA-C credential, as outlined in RCW 18.360 and WAC 246-827.
Curriculum is approved by the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges.
As a part of the MA Apprenticeship Program, Apprentices will:
Complete 2000 hours of on-the-job training (paid) with the support and guidance of an experienced one-on-one MA coach

As the patient's medical home, it is the care team's responsibility, with the Medical Assistant Apprentice as a central and key member, to ensure that all clinical measures and patient health needs are addressed in the course of the provision of care.
The MA Apprentice will work collaboratively, efficiently and effectively with other members of the care team, such as the provider, On-site Integration Specialists, Care Coordinators, Health Educators, Dieticians, and Behavioral Health Specialists. The care team work collaboratively to ensure improved health outcomes, smooth patient flow throughout the care process, and ultimately a good experience for the patient.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the arrangement with the employer, the apprentice may be asked to pay all or part of the $3000 training fee; approximately $300 for textbooks; travel to the kick-off event, lab days and testing; and the certification testing fee. Must be available to work a flexible schedule of varying days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have availability to work on Saturday and Sunday, excluding approved PTO
Reliably attend work as scheduled for up to 29 hours per week, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations
Must pierce a minimum 18 appointments a day
Must be able to visually inspect ear anatomy to execute advanced piercings
Must be able to deliver piercings with a steady hand
Must be able to lift 20 lbs
Must be able to handle chemicals safely
Travel to one of our studio locations for the duration of the training program (paid by Studs)
