Position Summary The Journeyman Lineman is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical power systems, including overhead and underground transmission and distribution lines. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Construct, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical lines and equipment. Install, replace, and maintain transformers, switches, conductors, insulators, and related system components. String, sag, and connect wire; set poles, climb structures, and operate aerial lifts or bucket trucks as needed. Adhere to Probst Electric and Quanta Services safety programs, as well as all OSHA, DOT, and client requirements. Diagnose and resolve line outages, faults, and service interruptions. Read and interpret blueprints, staking sheets, and line diagrams to complete projects accurately. Operate digger derricks, cranes, pullers, tensioners, and other specialized equipment. Mentor and assist Apprentice Linemen, promoting skill development and safety awareness. Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used. Perform duties in a variety of field environments and weather conditions. Summary: The Driver Helper rides on the vehicle and assists the Driver in providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers who reside on a designated residential route. Position is responsible for safely loading waste, as well as carrying bags and containers to the vehicle for disposal. The position assists the Driver in maneuvering his or her vehicle by directing the Driver from the ground. In addition, the Helper helps to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Work Schedule This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm.

Candidates must be able to work all shifts and pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug test and physical assessment. Applicants must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, twist, squat, kneel and work in other awkward positions. Candidates must have hands on experience with: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems including power distribution, motors, controls, PLCs, VFDs, etc. Computer systems (CMMS) to utilize work order system (track and complete work orders). Work with or without direct supervision.
