Ability to color matching & blend Experience with wood repairs including burn-ins & wood graining Experience with leather repairs including scuffs, holes, and tears Experience with upholstery repairs, including structural/mechanism replacements Strong cognitive skills required; including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and be highly productive without needing much supervision Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Knowledge of basic computer navigation, including data entry and internet navigation Knowledge of smartphone usage (i.e. taking photos, emailing, etc.) Excellent customer service skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Clean driving record with a valid drivers' license High School diploma or equivalent WORKPLACE ENVIROMENT: While performing the duties of this job the employee is: This role is a work from home position after training is completed onsite Occasional onsite team meetings Employees must arrange an appropriate workspace that ensures their productivity.
