Job Duties
Commercial plumbing installation from underground/rough-ins, stack out to trim outs on large scale commercial healthcare projects
Install hangers and supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation for water, gas, compressed air, medical gas, or other liquids.
Interpret blueprints and building specifications required for each job site.
Use of copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
Duties could include setting grease traps, decontamination tanks, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and utility hookups, etc.
Requirements
5 + years of commercial plumbing experience
Journeyman plumbing license in applicable state
Medical Gas Certification, or ability to obtain
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Possess hand tools and trade-specific tools
Ability to direct the work of a helper or apprentice
OSHA 10 hour (the company will provide if needed)
Able to work from ladders and man lifts from various heights and operate the equipment as needed
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.

Ensure students complete the required government documentation such as class rosters, network accounts, any other required enrollment documentation and compile, print, coordinate graduation documentation and assist in planning, preparation, and conducting the graduation ceremony and activities.
Coordinate with COR/Government team lead for student study hall requirements and assist COR/Government team lead with test failures along with ensuring all students are accounted for during class hours and notify Government representative of student's tardiness, inattentiveness, and lapses of courtesy during lectures.

Our Plumbers will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment on an active construction site, ensuring that work is done in accordance with relevant codes. Work involves technical application of mechanical principles. This is all to be done using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Pay Range: $19.76 - 42.00 per hour DOE

Requirements for this position include:
High school diploma or G.E.D. is the minimal education required for this position
4 or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience as a journey-level plumbing in a commercial or facilities operations setting is required; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred
