Monitor print quality throughout the run, making necessary adjustment to color and ink density to meet or exceed quality standards. * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures maintaining a clean and organized work area. * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2 years of experience operating flexographic presses, focusing on high-quality print production, technical problem-solving, and managing ink densities and plate adjustments. * Proficiency in basic math calculations. * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. * Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency using product overlay gauges and reading shop scales. * Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. by hand or with lift aids, and push, pull, and turn 150 lbs. with lift aids. * Ability to maneuver up to 1584 lbs. with a hand truck. * Ability to continuously stand, stoop, and bend. * Good vision, including color vision. * Ability to learn and demonstrate basic PC skills for production reporting.
