They have completed a minimum of four years of hands-on experience and training, demonstrating the ability to independently interpret plans, specifications, and execute tasks with precision and efficiency. Journeyman Carpenters report directly to the Foreman and/or Superintendent and work closely with site leadership to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to both design intent and structural requirements. This role is often paired with an Apprentice Carpenter to promote efficiency and support ongoing development of junior team members.
