Assist the driver with any items that need to be loaded off the trucks
Assist with manual labor components as well as lifting, carrying, holding in place and retrieving/delivering items

The Plumber is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential, commercial, and industrial structures. You will also be required to design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes. Along with the ability to work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, possessing strong technical skills, be a master at troubleshooting, and enjoy dealing with people.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
Handling customer queries and responding to call outs.
Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
Preparing cost estimates
Other duties as assigned by supervisor, which could be directly related, or unrelated to original position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid Driver's License and eligibility for enrollment on the resort's Motor Vehicle Insurance policy. Must possess State of Vermont issued master or journeyman's plumber's license. Must pass OSHA 10 training.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong understanding of construction and maintenance practices and safe work practices.

This is a Winter Resort Area. It requires that work venues are varied, and in many cases include steep stairways, multilevel buildings and outdoor work areas, subject to very cold, sometimes wet or very sunny work sites. Some facilities are located at the base or bottom area, and some are semi-remote and can only be reached by traveling via chair lift(s), skis or snowboards. Walking surfaces are frequently frozen, sloped and slippery. Proper footwear is a must, indoors and out. Workdays and hours, as well as the number of hours required will vary, with an emphasis on weekends and holidays.
