The ideal candidate must possess the following key responsibilities associated with this position: Knowledge of HVAC contractual requirements and creation of maintenance-related schedules. Ability to respond to customer-related requests in a timely manner while being thorough and organized. This includes the utilization of MAXIMO to document all repairs, improvements, and changes to onsite building assets. Maintains, repairs, and ensures all equipment is in proper working condition including all components of the HVAC systems, water treatment systems, emergency generator systems, and various other mechanical systems.
