David J. Cullen is the President and CEO of J. P. Cullen & Sons, Inc. headquartered in Janesville, Wisconsin. Beginning in 1977, David moved through and mastered critical roles at our company on the road to assuming the challenges of president. Firstly an estimator and assistant project manager, David learned the fundamentals of project estimating and management duties on construction projects. In 1983 he became project manager and continued to manage building projects through preconstruction and construction phases for the next decade. When in 1994 he became vice president of business development in order to expand market opportunities and service offering, David, also, served as principal-in-charge on many important projects. In 2003, his brother, Mark Cullen, assumed the position of chairman of the board and David that of president and chief executive officer of the company, from where he continues to exercise oversight on all Cullen projects.Specialties: Construction, Mentoring, and People.
