As a Branch Operations Lead Trainee in Branch Banking, you collaborate with the Branch Manager, branch employees and One Chase colleagues to ensure customer financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. A Branch Operations Lead Trainee is passionate about taking care of our customers and employees, providing an exceptional customer experience, and working with the Branch Manager to set the tone in the Branch. A typical day consists of assisting customers and performing transactions. You will also look for opportunities to make customers lives easier by setting up self-service options and building relationships. Throughout the week, you will schedule time to review branch operations and share updated policy and procedures with branch employees.
