Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Studies project specifications with project superintendent to plan procedures for pipe installation sequencing.

Work Environment:
Regularly works in outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and humidity, and is exposed to uneven surfaces and natural terrain. Frequently works near moving mechanical machinery, and is frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions and vibration. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risks of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. May be required to travel, work away from home for extended periods, and work occasional nights and weekends.

Coordinate with Survey with project issues requiring survey involvement and or RFI request.
Confirm that the contract drawings are correctly conformed to EOR revisions, RFI's, and or CSI modifications, etc.
Assist Project Manager with quarterly Look Ahead Schedules/Projected resource needs.
Provide accurate quantities from the field with assistance from the project superintendent for billing and cost control, projections, and cost to complete support. These quantities should be loaded in Heavy Job.
Assist with reviewing Labor and Equipment reports with field personnel related to budget.
Assist in scheduling, tracking, and coordinating subcontractors and permeant materials deliveries.
Requirements
