Capture Manager Responsibilities Perform analysis and prepare pricing response on competitive service contracts ranging in size from $4M to $100M or higher Lead the efforts in developing a capture strategy, then building the team, creating and coordinating teaming documentation, collaborating with the proposal activity related to the pursuit, synchronizing capture and proposal, and proposal and execution planning Lead or participate in cross-functional teams responsible for launching service initiatives through timely and effective capture and pursuit management initiatives Develop business case for capture and pursuit recommendations Identify, research, evaluate, contact, and screen potential partners and solution providers Manage capture and pursuit activities, and support subsequent proposal submissions Orchestrate team organization and support by determining team members, roles and responsibilities Coordinate, monitor, manage and conduct Pursuit and Capture reviews Help migrate information early phases of Capture and Pursuit into Proposal Development Plan Assist the proposal team as necessary to ensure Capture and Pursuit strategy migrates into Win themes and proposal storyboards. Manage competitive analyses and special studies identifying potential opportunities and actions. Present at Deal Review Boards Perform analysis and prepare pricing response on competitive service contracts ranging in size from $4M to $100M or higher Help develop and manage our IDIQ Management Office (IMO) to support all of our contract vehicles Capture Manager Additional Areas of Interest Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Air Force aviation operations, mission systems, and sustainment programs to inform capture strategy and solution development. Familiarity with Air Force acquisition processes, life-cycle management policies, and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system. Established relationships or proven engagement history within the Air Force aviation community to support teaming and customer shaping activities. ·Understanding of Air Force modernization initiatives such as digital engineering, aircraft sustainment, and readiness improvement programs. Capture Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years combined experience as a capture manager or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree Proven Track record in developing, shaping opportunities and growing business Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as confident and self-assured Performed as a capture manager or in a lead capture role with deal in size from $4M to $100M or higher Analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills, ability to anticipate problems and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to gain internal support and to operate independently without supervision Build and maintain capture decking working all aspects of a capture Understanding of federal market, trends, competitive pressures, and regulatory constraints Apply industry best practices and lessons learned into the Capture process and maintain confidentiality and non-disclosure of sensitive information Excellent oral and written communication skills Required Clearances and Screenings MUST be able to successfully pass a drug and background check About Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) No objective is beyond reach!
