Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Management
Mobilizes others (both internal employees and contracted service providers) to meet or exceed customers' expectations and goals of the assigned portfolio.

Schedules Available: * Tuesday - Sunday, 3pm - 11pm The Patroller verifies each parked vehicle has paid using the pay-on-foot machine or has a valid monthly hangtag and completes an audit report for all assigned locations. Assists in keeping the facility clean, secure, and safe. This includes removing snow and ice as necessary and maintaining the facility's external perimeter. Reports any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment trouble to management.

What You'll Do
Provide Christian discipleship, case management, and program oversight to Men's Aftercare students
Provide counsel to Men's Aftercare students from the Bible about life change through the gospel
Teach classes to Men's Aftercare students from the Bible about life change through the gospel
Meet regularly with Men's Aftercare students to evaluate progress according to program criteria
Hold Men's Aftercare students accountable
Lead Men's Aftercare students in learning and implementing life skills as needed
Provide transportation to Men's Aftercare students as needed
Adhere to Jubilee's Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct
Exercise judgment and provide counsel that is consistent with Jubilee's mission statement and core values, standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or law

Quality Control Utility Associate

Assist and perform a variety of general tasks where and when needed within the Quality and Inventory departments.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm with every fourth weekend 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. When you work the weekend you will have off the Wednesday before and the Tuesday after.

Work with the QC team to take temperatures of inbound product
Assist the operations team with Outbound Consolidation.
Operate equipment to assist with QC and Inventory related movement and put away tasks.

What you bring
General knowledge of produce experience preferred
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency

Must be able to distinguish colors for grading produce and have keen attention to detail
