Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other storage areas. Fill three compartments sink following health department guidelines, changing soap water frequently. Manually scrub and wash pots, pans and trays following procedure of washing, rinsing and sanitizing. Deposit all trash from the restaurant in the dumpster located in the parking area. Break down cardboard boxes and deposit in outside container. Thoroughly clean workstations at the end of the shift leaving no dirty dishes. Sweep, scrub and mop floors. When closing, perform assigned daily and weekly duties like washing floor mats and trash cans. Responsible for making proper use of dishwashing machine to avoid any malfunction. Must notify manager on duty anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures. General restaurant and restrooms cleaning as directed.
