A little about this position:
Journeyman operator is a skilled position.
The ideal candidate should have 1000+hrs of snowcat operational experience.
Can independently perform trail grooming, trail grading, and push projects.

Potential to be scheduled grave yard shifts; typical grave yard shift hours are 12:30am - 8:30am.

What You'll Do
Independently own all aspects of flight operations, looping in engineering support as needed to make quick progress:
Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade electromechanical aircraft systems

Execute flight tests across a variety of aircraft

THE ROLE
The Heavy Equipment Operator III is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a hydraulic grapple or magnetic crane to lift, sort, load or unload scrap metal and debris in preparation for processing operations, also load and unload containers and trailers and lift and move heavy scrap metal of varying sizes and weights around the work area. * Determine load weights and verify against lifting abilities to prevent overloads and dangerous situations

Compensation:
At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - 110,000*. The Senior Flight Test Operator is a technical leader responsible for planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement of Zipline's large scale, flight testing operation. This role blends deep systems-level engineering thinking with hands-on flight operations expertise to ensure we test the right things, at the right time, with precision, velocity, and uncompromising safety.
You will own the integration and execution of complex test campaigns, resolve technical blockers, raise and mitigate risks, and translate flight test results into actionable engineering insights. You will also lead multi-week validation campaigns, manage resources and infrastructure bring-up, and pioneer new tools and processes that expand the throughput and quality of Zipline's flight testing capability.

What You'll Do
Serve as a Senior cross-functional leader, aligning Design Engineering, Flight Test Engineering, Operations, and site leadership.
Work with engineering teams to prioritize test execution - ensuring the highest-value tests are executed first.
Manage resource planning, and infrastructure bring-up for major validation campaigns.
Execute complex flight tests, including prelight instrumentation, monitoring of automated tests, incident response, and data collection.
Rapidly debug and resolve flight test issues across hardware, software, controls, and operations.
Analyze flight data to identify anomalies, validate performance, and recommend next steps.
Generate clear, actionable test reports that drive engineering decision-making.
Support FAA Type Certification activities by executing specific test protocols, demonstrations, and documentation tasks.

What You'll Bring

What you'll do
As a member of the Enterprise Strategy & Operations team, you will be building the infrastructure, processes, and organizational muscle to help our Enterprise business scale:
Lead cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
Partner with multiple stakeholders across Enterprise and other Stripe teams (e.g., product teams, marketing, sales, support) to achieve the goals of the Enterprise Engine Catalyst; you will need to objectively evaluate teams' competing priorities and align stakeholders on the optimal solution for Stripe and our users.
Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to accelerate progress, develop new operating models, and incubate new programs.
Establish new operating models in collaboration with key cross-functional teams, focusing on roadmap development and context alignment.
Coordinate annual and long-range planning efforts across teams contributing to the Enterprise segment, and drive alignment with partner teams to ensure a cohesive approach to planning.
Drive projects, timelines and commitments on internal projects and customer deliverables.
Who you are

Minimum requirements
7+ years of experience in strategy & operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles at technology companies
Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, product, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking and first-principles thinking (e.g., ability to question
how
we are working rather than simply executing), and the ability to zoom out to the most important questions
Strong program management skills with experience managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have transformed their company's operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
Excellent written and verbal communication with the the ability to speak to leaders across different teams, such as partnerships, product, engineering, and sales
Demonstrated ability to thrive in influence without authority environments

Preferred qualifications
Payments ecosystem or Enterprise software experience.

As a Flight Test Operator, you will have the critical task of testing the new and existing systems we build and operate in order to ensure that we are developing safe and reliable systems. This may include preflighting and launching aircraft, doing repair and maintenance work on aircraft and ground systems, and performing tests on new hardware and software. You will be working to improve the process, building and testing of prototypes for our next-generation tech, and collecting data of various types. You will also be expected to provide detailed technical feedback and ideas to engineering and operations teams on how to make our existing and future systems safer and smarter. Your work will directly improve the reliable availability of medical products and supplies for patients at the hospitals and health centers that Zipline serves across the world.
What You'll Do
Fly - Assembling, preflighting, launching, and recovering unmanned aircraft in order to test and optimize Zipline's operational systems and validate new engineering changes as well as software and hardware in the early stages of development.
Maintain - Maintaining the existing fleet of aircraft and ground equipment, as well as maintaining new systems we are building for function-specific flight tests.
Test - Running tests to validate system improvements, new technology for performance and design validation, and new processes.
Certify - Performing tests and demonstrations related to US FAA Type Certification.
Improve - Looking for opportunities to continuously improve our processes, safety protocols, our hardware and software, and make operations easier and more efficient for operations centers around the world. You will be called upon to provide detailed feedback to design engineers.
Grow - Supporting Zipline's efforts to scale our operations to hundreds of distribution centers around the world.
Travel - Supporting flight operations at different test sites as needed. You may also do up to 25% domestic and international travel, surveying sites or training new flight operators on best practices.
For certain roles, you will be responsible for identifying and scouting sites for field data collection campaigns in support of multiple teams and goals.

The Senior Flight Test Operator is a technical leader responsible for planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement of Zipline's large scale, flight testing operation. This role blends deep systems-level engineering thinking with hands-on flight operations expertise to ensure we test the right things, at the right time, with precision, velocity, and uncompromising safety.
You will own the integration and execution of complex test campaigns, resolve technical blockers, raise and mitigate risks, and translate flight test results into actionable engineering insights. About You and The Role
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery via (autonomous aircraft).
