Develop and maintain financial models: Build sophisticated models for scenario analysis, ROI evaluations, investment opportunities, and variance analysis to forecast financial performance and identify risks/opportunities. Conduct in-depth financial analysis: Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and KPIs to provide insights on manufacturing performance, revenue drivers, and operational efficiencies, including variance analysis and commentary on business trends. Prepare and present reports: Generate daily/monthly/quarterly management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making and strategic planning. Collaborate across teams: Partner with cross-functional departments, executive leadership, and business units to gather financial inputs, evaluate initiatives, and drive performance improvements.
