Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment across multiple systems.
AI Tools Adoption & Optimization
Evaluate and stay current with emerging AI tools (digital assistants, automation platforms, analytics copilots, etc.).
Drive adoption strategies by aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights.
Create frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for effective AI tool usage.
Measure and report on AI adoption success and ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
3-6 years of experience as a BusinessAnalyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Proven experience in configuring, supporting, and maintaining enterprise applications.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and change management initiatives.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., copilots, automation workflows, digital assistants) and enthusiasm for maximizing adoption.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate, property management, or similar industries (a plus).
