+ Strong a nalytics, insights, presentation, and storytelling skills
+ Build, update, and refresh weekly and monthly dashboards (weekly POS + monthly category recaps)
+ Create and present your category presentations incorporating syndicated data and other sources of data that address business issues
+ Work closely with CPG Category Management and Space Technology teams to ensure quality results are delivered
+ Keep abreast of client's KPIs, strategies , innovation, and other important information.
+ Leverage relationships with clients to understand key retailer deliverables, category strategies, and project timelines

Education Requirements:

Initiates contact investigation activities to active/suspect Tuberculosis cases. Locate, provide and read Tuberculin Test by placing skin test or drawing blood for IGRA testing as appropriate. Screen contacts for symptoms of active disease and referring those suspected of active disease to the Nurse Case Manager (NCM) for chest x-ray and/or other follow up as needed. Interviews clients and conduct interviews, provide partner services, performs field investigations, HIV Linkage to Care, PREP, NPEP, Test and Treat navigation and field testing for Syphilis and HIV, or other bacterial, biological, or viral agents.
Enter, track and record data into HMS, the electronic medical records and the case management log for active/suspect cases, LTBI and contacts.
Actively attempts to locate lost or non-adherent clients by telephone, home visits and other field investigative activities. Initiates corrective actions to re-establish services at the direction of the NCM. Reports on the status of each client to the NCM as needed and directed.
Performs phlebotomy and collection of other specimens for laboratory testing and arranges with outsides/hospitals for pick-up and return of x-ray films as needed. Provide transportation via county vehicle for clients to the clinic for medical services as needed.
Provides back up in clinic area: symptom screenings on previously infected clients, tuberculin skin tests and assessments for newly infected clients when the NCM is not available.
Completes administrative duties such as: travel logs for mileage accountability within 48 hours of the travel event; cell phone verification forms monthly; employee activity records (EARS) daily; attendance of general and department staff meetings; trainings; chart audits for quality improvement monthly as scheduled. Provides education to clients and others about Tuberculosis and related topics; other duties as required.

Job Description
This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO on high-impact analytical and strategic initiatives across the company. The Business Strategy Analyst will conduct market research, analyze financial and operational data, evaluate expansion opportunities, and develop insights to support executive decision-making. This is a research- and analysis-focused role designed for someone who enjoys complex problem-solving, structured thinking, and translating information into clear recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Market Analysis
Analyze construction industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Research and assess new state markets for potential expansion
Identify and evaluate regulatory and licensing requirements from a strategic and feasibility perspective
Develop structured summaries and decision-ready briefs for executive leadership
Financial & Strategic Analysis
Assist with pro forma financial modeling for potential acquisitions and growth initiatives
Support M&A and investment diligence by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing financial and operational data
Prepare concise analytical memos, models, and presentations to guide executive decisions
Licensing & Regulatory Analysis
Research licensing and qualification requirements for civil construction operations in new states
Analyze timelines, costs, risks, and strategic implications of licensing pathways
Provide recommendations on market entry readiness based on regulatory constraints
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, FP&A, or a similarly analytical role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills
Excellent written communication with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly
Ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously
