Create polished PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate data, strategy, and updates to leadership. Provide editorial support for briefing materials, ensuring grammar, tone, and branding are consistent with Navy expectations. Engage in project coordination and light administrative tasks to support overall team performance. Qualifications Junior Analyst Qualifications: Experience: Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in communications, executive support, or program coordination roles. Education: Bachelor's degree (An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement). Skills: Strong written communication and editorial skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism. Comfort working with senior leaders and cross -functional teams. Familiarity with Navy or DoD environments, governance processes, and financial systems is a plus but not required.
