As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $90K to $120K per year. The Grantee Evaluation Coordinator/Data Analyst will be responsible for the GNOIP's participant data collection and tracking. Data collection will occur with Delgado Community College programs and with the SCC4 grant sub awardees. The Coordinator will work with the college partners to develop processes to efficiently and effectively capture student participation and student outcome data required for WIPS (Workforce Integrated Performance System) processing. This will include routine meetings with sub awardees to discuss data processes, monthly monitoring of internal and external data collection, and follow-up on any missing or incomplete data. The Coordinator will also serve as a liaison to the National Study Team and support the team in obtaining grantee signatures for an evaluation data use agreement. As a BusinessAnalyst reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Analytics, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that shape business strategy and operational decisions. Leading end-to-end strategic data projects to deliver scalable analytics solutions, you will collaborate with analysts, developers, data engineers, and business managers to streamline reporting and uncover growth and efficiency opportunities. Key Responsibilities
* Structure SQL queries in Snowflake to source and model data for reporting, validate outputs against source systems, and coordinate with technical teams on documentation and warehouse refinements to support long-term reporting.
* Partner with business leaders and other stakeholders to develop deep domain expertise, transforming their priorities into data assets (reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and advanced analytics) that align with strategy and elevate insight.
* Develop, enhance, and document dashboards and BI applications in Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) and Hex (cloud analytics notebooks), using predefined reporting objects or custom-built data cubes to improve or extend the underlying architecture.
* Serve as a subject-matter expert in Strategy, training analysts and business users on data acquisition, report and dashboard creation, best practices, and application features to promote self-service data discovery.
* Create visualizations and presentations that translate data and analytics into clear, persuasive stories to inform strategic decision-making at all levels.
* Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques, including time-series and regression forecasting, to establish data relationships, identify behavioral trends, and improve forecast accuracy.
* Lead cross-functional reporting and analytics projects from inception to delivery, scoping and prioritizing work across support areas, coordinating stakeholders and dependencies, executing key deliverables, and driving progress through the Jira backlog and sprint cycles.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* At least three years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
* Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and strong knowledge of database concepts and data preparation best practices.
* Excellent storytelling, data-visualization, and communication skills to effectively deliver project updates to business leads.
* Proven ability to lead large projects and efficiently manage multiple priorities.
* Natural curiosity and a strong analytical mindset with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
* Keen attention to detail and data accuracy in preparing and validating datasets.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree and certifications in data analytics, statistics, business intelligence, or project management. (e.g., Strategy Analyst/Architect, CAP, PMI-PBA, SnowPro)
* Prior experience with Strategy, Snowflake, or Hex, and advanced Excel capabilities.
* Proficiency in Python or R and experience developing automated workflows and predictive models.
* Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring peers in reporting design or analytics techniques, and a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and strategic thinking.
