The Business Systems Analyst will work across engineering, operations, finance planning, quality, and product management to map and improve core business processes and translate them into scalable digital solutions on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. This role will drive requirements definition, solution architecture, and adoption for high-value workflows, partnering closely with the BU & Group IT and select vendors to ensure secure, supportable integrations with ERP/PLM/CRM systems and excel-native data. Establish a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements to set penetration strategies for workflow standardization and automation across sites and functions. Convert business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and solution architectures spanning Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint/Dataverse, Power BI, and ERP/PLM/CRM integrations. Drive the intake, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of workflow and analytics initiatives; run agile sprints and lead UAT, training, and adoption. Create and enforce governance standards (environments, permissions, documentation, naming, templates) to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. Build a measurable improvement funnel, aligning the business and IT on actions to deliver cycle-time reduction, hours saved, and improved data quality. Mentor and guide analysts and citizen developers to raise the organization's digital fluency. Establish & support KPIs to track business process improvements. Any other activities required by the business to support its growth and processes. QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or Lean/Six Sigma preferred. 5-8+ years in Business Systems, Process Improvement, or IS Business Analysis within an engineering/manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience architecting solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and integrating with at least one of ERP/PLM/CRM/MES. Strong Excel skills Strong process modeling (Visio/Lucidchart), requirements management, and stakeholder leadership skills. Proven financial, interpersonal, and program management skills; comfortable influencing across multiple levels and global functions.
