Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Work with Tooling Management and various stakeholders to identify communication, usability, and design goals for the internal SharePoint site.
Analyze trends and variances to identify potential risks and issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Develop, analyze, and maintain estimates to completion and perform monthly budget, EAC, actuals and Variance Analysis for Leadership briefings.
Tracking of weekly actuals against monthly/yearly targets and month maintenance of Earned Value Performance, EAC workbooks, QBD/QSST updates and Variance Analysis reports.
Coordination with cross functional teams across multiple organization including Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering and Business Management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Manage all aspects of departmental procurement requests submitted in TMCS.
Responsible for budgeting and tracking of indirect spending for Tooling Material.
Basic Qualifications
Manufacturing Analyst Level 1:

The employee shall provide Project Tracking for up to 90 projects managed across multiple government project managers. The employee shall maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders, customers, internal teams and senior management, regarding project status and progress. The employee shall deliver regular Project Status Updates via the MS Teams channel, ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest information. The employee shall maintain a visual dashboard/display on the designated government-provided EMXG MS Teams channel and shall update at least once a week. The employee shall develop and maintain a dashboard that presents a comprehensive overview of EMXG Project status, reflecting standard key metrics. This dashboard will be provided to the government. Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that visually represents the overall timeline, progress and shall incorporate the project's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Furthermore, the employee shall utilize the IMS to validate project status, establish milestones for progress monitoring, and schedule document reviews. The IMS shall be coordinated with and approved by the EMXG Engineering Supervisor prior to finalization and acceptance. The employees hall incorporate the project tracker and Gantt chart to illustrate project schedule task dependencies and progress information. The document shall include milestone tracking and timely updates on key developments (touch-points) and must be updated at a minimum of weekly. The employee shall provide the quantity of projects worked on task order, quantity of projects worked on for month, quantity of projects on schedule and quantity of projects notifications have been sent regarding schedule delays per month and year-to-date per task order in the task order report. Actively monitoring project metrics, identifying any potential delays, and addressing delinquent project metrics. Providing ongoing project forecasting and analysis based on the tracked project data. Constraints Strategy. Incorporate all the project managers constraint strategy record detailing project constraints, including its identification, Pareto Charts, process flowcharts, bottleneck reporting from project manager, and make mitigation recommendations for government approval. While the contractor shall not assess, they are responsible for communicating the required timing for involvement from government-designated engineer or representatives. Risk Register. Create and maintain a dedicated Risk Register from the constraints identified in the MS Teams channel to document all project risks for government action. The tracker shall present potential risks, by project, description, risk category, probability, likely impact, and risk owner in a color-coded government format. While the employee shall not assess or implement risk mitigation strategies on their own, they shall communicate timing for involvement from government-designated engineers or representatives. Attend required meetings and provide support by presenting project updates prepared by the government, documenting meeting minutes, action items and posting to the MS Teams channel. The government will give the employee a two (2) business day notice for presentation materials. Develop and maintain Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for most successful projects, based on the IMS and identified risks recommended Courses of Actions (COAs) documents. These documents and recommendations shall be updated in accordance with the provided IMS timelines for projects. The employee shall communicate any potential schedule impacts related to the development and maintenance of these documents at least monthly. How You Will Support the Team:
The Senior Business Analyst acts as an essential team member in the analysis, design, and delivery of business-critical software applications by applying foundation business analysis skills. The Senior BA leads application design and project implementation efforts, focusing on comprehensive delivery of technical and business solutions.
What we are looking for:
Analyze and document systems and processes using diagrams/process flows and narratives to clearly describe current and future states.
Provide analysis, design, and solution input for software application features as a member of an Agile/Scrum development team.
Partner with Product Managers/Owners to clearly define and document user needs through workshops and interviews and assist in developing clear, concise user stories that effectively communicate requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Elicit requirements for and document in detail user interface features and enhancements utilizing process flows, mock ups, and wireframes.
Conduct feature demos and document user feedback.
Assist Product Managers/Owners with backlog grooming and prioritization.
Lead Agile ceremonies as required including standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews.
Provide testing support and guidance during all testing phases of software development releases.
Assist in release planning and deployment support.
May provide production support as a primary or secondary contact as needed.

How You Will Support The Team:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual responsible for assisting and supporting with the administrative aspects of implementing and launching new Strategic Partners (“SP”), new products with existing SP's and oversight of existing SPs. Includes organization of required deliverables, tracking progress, producing regular reporting, and generally assisting designated Program Managers (“PM”) in various new product implementation tasks. Interacts with and support internal departments within the Bank and third-party resources (e.g., Outside Counsel) that are required for ongoing oversight, reviews, and monitoring of the Strategic Partner Programs.
What We Are Looking For:
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with Strategic Partner(s) to review progress related to the progress of New Products.
Work closely with the assigned Program Manager(s) and outside counsel to coordinate review of Strategic Partner Program materials, including policies, procedures, marketing, and customer-facing material.
Work closely with the assigned Program Manager(s), other departments within the Bank, or third-party resources to ensure appropriate reviews and approvals are obtained for key deliverables.
