The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $86555 - $160777 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Knowledge and Skills:
This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management or related experience within a DoD organization.

Omitron is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Orbital Analyst (OA) to join our Vandenberg Operations Team. We are a company rooted in ensuring mission success across flight operations, trajectory design and analysis, software tools for Space Domain Awareness (SDA), and On-Orbit Spaceflight Safety. You will work closely with mid-level OAs and Engineers to ensure successful mission operations along with developing and delivering products which enable government customer situational awareness and decision making.
As a Junior Orbital Analyst (OA), you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and predicting the behavior of space objects. OAs ensure the space flight safety of our customers' satellite assets in a congested space domain. Your expertise in orbital mechanics and data evaluation will be pivotal to overall mission success. A successful Junior OA will execute processes to coordinate and integrate relevant information and findings across multiple areas to deliver space analysis products and analytics. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and Team Leads to support space operations and advance Omitron's position as a leader in the space industry. This position also has the potential to broaden into other areas such as conjunction assessment, proximity operations, research projects, and various other technical tasks related to orbital analysis.
