Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Contract (6-12 months) | Onsite Hybrid in Las Vegas Preferred | Contract-to-Hire Option Available Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support key initiatives within their Lead-to-Cash transformation. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating business needs into user stories, supporting solution enhancements across Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud (Advanced Revenue Management / ARM), and assisting with configuration and troubleshooting for end users.
This is a hands-on role partnering closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and technical teams to improve workflow efficiency, quoting processes, pricing configuration, and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
Support the Lead-to-Cash process including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract management, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
Work within Salesforce CPQ to support configuration, quoting rules, bundle structures, approvals, and quote generation.
Assist in implementing and optimizing Revenue Cloud / Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) solutions.
Write clear and concise user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and feature definitions.
Perform hands-on configuration where needed (e.g., page layouts, fields, flows, reports).
Troubleshoot user issues, process gaps, integration challenges, and data discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue, and IT.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities in an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ including quote configuration, pricing logic, approvals, and product modeling.
Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) or similar billing/revenue recognition platforms.
Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash processes.
Ability to write user stories, requirements, workflows, and documentation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred
Basic Salesforce Admin configuration experience (Flows, Validation Rules, Reporting, Page Layouts).
Salesforce Certifications (Admin, CPQ Specialist, Business Analyst) are a plus.
Experience working with enterprise SaaS / cloud-based environments.
