Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders from GTM Sales, Marketing, Partner teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Zscaler Selling motions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment.
Process Design: Support the process design, requirements elicitation and gathering of business systems in the area of sales, partners and marketing. Build process flows and documentation for identifying these processes.
Collaboration: Engage with business partners to discuss business requirements, determine feasibility, business value and a cost effective and scalable solution.
