Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. Key Responsibilities Support all stages of the acquisition, refinance, and disposition process for multifamily assets. Conduct property-level due diligence and review financials, leases, and reports for accuracy. Prepare financial analyses, lender forms, and transaction summaries. Coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely closings. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or transactions (multifamily preferred). Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with financial modeling a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
